Really enjoyed our meal at Carciofi. The pasta is the real deal. Homemade and cooked to perfection (al dente). It did not disappoint and I have recently been to Italy where I took some cooking classes in Rome to make pasta from scratch.Mozzarella balls and meatballs were excellent.Service was great. Nice atmosphere. Carciofi is exactly what Prospect needed. It's the perfect restaurant for a date-night or girls night. Last night we ordered the charcuterie board, smoked salmon bites, and house salad to-go and everything was 10/10! The charcuterie board is the perfect portion & a really great value for the price! Stumbled upon this place and will have a hard time choosing another Italian restaurant. The fresh pasta was amazing with the Cajun Alfredo sauce and the arancini meatball appetizer was large and amazing! Highly recommend this place!
