That being said, this is the 4th time I've been in and I really have to say that Alex (Alexandrea) is seriously an exceptional server. I absolutely loved the food, no doubt about that. But I work in the restaurant industry, and have for 22 years. If I could steal her from your restaurant to my job, I would....but I wouldn't be able to have the experience that I continuously have when I go to Garden Gate in Niwot and have her as my server. “I went to check this place out and got their Fire-starter Burger with Sweet Potato Fries. The burger was cooked perfectly! Just the small amount of pink I was looking for. 😋 It had just the right amount of jalapeños and guacamole. Did I mention the burger is fairly decent sized for the price?!?! I have never had Sweet Potato fries this good either, most of the places I have gotten them from they are burnt and hard. The restaurant is casual dining and VERY CLEAN! The staff are friendly and amazing as well as VERY VERSED in Service Dog laws. I felt very safe and welcomed here with the calm atmosphere. I would DEFINITELY go back!!!”

“The beef taco was perhaps the best I've ever had (whereas normally I'd say the best is a cabeza taco commonly found at food trucks in Mexico or LA). The raw tuna tostada was likewise the best tostada I've ever had.

My only gripe is that there were no spicy hot things we had. Chile oil was clearly used on the sweet potato dish, but it was pretty mild.

Even so, everything was absolutely delicious and well worth the splurge. We'll be back for sure.”

“On 10/4 we had my daughter's wedding at The St. Vrain. Kuper Wine Bar brought us a beautiful Selection of Chacueterie, Fruit and Hummus platters, Croissant sandwiches, Scones and almond cookies. Are they really Quail wings and they’re not telling us? Very, VERY small wings, like half the size of a normal chicken wing. But great flavor regardless.”

“Visiting my bestie in Boulder & she’s been talking about this place forever. Incredibly delicious, perfectly crispy wings with every flavor you can think of! We did the flavor of the month, spicy peach (amazing), hot, bbq & lemon pepper. Their ranch is how all ranch should be made. So so so good. For $30 we got drinks, a massive basket of Cajun fries & 25 wings. One heck of great deal. Don’t sleep on the freshly brewed iced too. The hibiscus was so yummy!”

I couldn’t resist… I bought one of each flavor they had! Tried it on dinner tonight and it was exquisite. I can’t wait to explore the rest.
