Wonderful food. Exceptional wine and service! Every bite was worth savoring. Food is highly creative in technique without ever being weird or challenging. Portions were spot on, we left feeling very satisfied. The flavors were smart, sensible and approachable. Ida was very knowledgeable and friendly. The wine pairings were some of the best we've experienced. Kudos to the Frasca team for creating something exceptional for the boulder community.
This was our second time dining at Frasca, and again, we were impressed with the quality of the food and the Chef's creativity with the menu and seasonal ingredients.
Exceptional - from the impeccable service to dishes that are as beautiful as they are delicious. Every course showcased an incredible level of creativity, preparation, and attention to detail, with unexpected combinations of interesting ingredients, flavors and textures that worked beautifully. A wonderful dining experience and the perfect place to celebrate a special occasion.
