This is the best breakfast I’ve ever had. Definitely add it to the itinerary of places to eat in Boulder! Pancakes are so fluffy and think. Really awesome service and great atmosphere
We came here for a birthday breakfast due to the hostess saying there were many vegan options. However, the “plant power” section is exclusively vegetarian, not vegan. Luckily, our server Nicole was phenomenal and had personal knowledge for what could be made vegan. We had a tofu scramble with avocado, mushrooms, and peppers.
