Great experience for learning basic knife skills and new cooking techniques while creating delicious food that you enjoy at the end of the night around a communal dining table. You'll learn from a talented chef who is supported by the most helpful team throughout the night. You get to take home the recipes as well - and many of the dishes are easy to repeat. Great wine and beer selection to go along with the meal.
My children really enjoyed the 3-hour baking class on a day off and have asked to go to another one. I’ve enjoyed all the adult classes I’ve attended and a few of the recipes are in permanent rotation.

My daughter and I were in town for college visits and decided on a whim to take a cooking class, not knowing what to expect. Not only we cooked a delicious meal and ate it, we made friends with a group of total strangers. I like the social collaboration aspect that is part of the concept!. Chef Sean was a great teacher and we learned a few chef tricks along the way!
