Amazing food and amazing service!
Dish Gourmet is known for their incredible sandwiches. But have you tried their cookies and brownies?!? Delicious! And they are fantastically community minded. Thank you for supporting our group Moms Demand Action!
Dish makes the best sandwich in boulder. Their housemade corned beef rueben features a pumpernickle which is a small jot away from traditional rye, but makes for one of the best ruebens ever. Unfortunately they seem to be having a hard time keepinf their pumpernickle, and their alternate ciabatta is terrible for the rueben. They should find a different rye if they can't get the pumpernickle.

Dish Gourmet offers reasonably priced catering with accommodating service. Customers appreciate the quality meats and friendly staff at this cute, clean restaurant with old Boulder vibes. The restaurant is known for its delicious sandwiches, including the popular Reuben featuring housemade corned beef on pumpernickel bread, as well as the flavorful Cuban sandwich. Customers also enjoy the fresh and satisfying Mediterranean salad, and the restaurant caters to various dietary needs with vegan and other diverse options. While the GF bread tends to fall apart easily, the side salads are a hit. Dish Gourmet continues to be a local favorite, providing a great dining experience with both indoor and outdoor seating.
