All COVID procedures are being well enforced.
This little place is AWESOME! I wandered in by Cvs chance today and was delighted to see such a wide variety of sandwiches. Upon employee recommend I tried the Ferris Brieller and I didn’t know “pesto jam” is a thing (still not entirely sure what it is...) but it is AWESOME. Stopped in while visiting Boulder. Our sandwiches were excellent and the stuff was very friendly.
One of my Favorite sandwiches is the Classic BLT. The overstuffed BLT at Lindsay's Boulder Deli is Exceptional! And I know this because of all of the BLTs that I have had in my life. So far, except for the ones that I create of course, this one is the BEST.
The bread was perfectly toasted, the lettuce was green and crisp, the tomato was firm, and the bacon-- the BACON--was crispy but not burnt-- the best bacon.
