Great wait staff Wonderful food
I got the Loch Ness roll and the mile high tofu- my sister got a Philly roll. When I tell you the service and food were top tier! I don’t live in Boulder, so the staff being so aware and accommodating of vegan diets was so refreshing. Any question I had was answered with confidence and I didn’t feel like I had to worry if something wasn’t vegan. The tofu was honestly some of the best I’ve ever had.
