What can one say about Boxcar that hasn’t already been said - the coffee (espresso in my case) is the best in Boulder and the pastries are the best in the state. Great coffee shop. Excellent coffee. We had a flat white and a mocha. The mocha was not overly sweet which was awesome. The flavor of the espresso in both drinks - just delicious, a touch sour without being bitter & full of intense flavor. The blackberry toast and quiche pictured here both excellent.
