Boxcar is always on my list when I’m in Boulder. For some reason I walked off and left my favorite water bottle in the shop. I called them the next day and they had it in the lost and found. Pretty pumped I didn’t need to replace it.
Efficient service for the line. A good amount of seating indoors, but you may need to wait a few minutes for a table on the weekend. Delicious, well-crafted pastries and a thoughtful coffee menu. The sesame syrup in my latte wasn't very noticable but it was a good experience regardless.
Great coffee and baked goods. My favorite was the pistachio rose water croissant with the ginger scone a close second. Very busy on a Saturday morning but they worked the line quickly. Not a lot of seating.

However, the place can be busy, making it hard to find a seat, and working there might involve listening to loud conversations from other tables. The staff are friendly and helpful, adding to the positive atmosphere of the cafe.
