Finally stopped by this new little gem in Longmont—and I’m so glad I did! Shawna was absolutely wonderful: warm, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about their butter-making process. I couldn’t resist… I bought one of each flavor they had! Tried it on dinner tonight and it was exquisite. I can’t wait to explore the rest. These butters make perfect gifts—I’ve already decided they’ll be my go-to for the holiday season!

The staff is amazing, knowledgeable, and friendly, going out of their way to help and ensure everyone can sample the goodies. Customers loved the private tastings, trying 27 butters that were all so good. The butter itself is rich and creamy with many flavors, making it hard to choose just six. Specific purchases included finishing butters for steaks (the primo was amazing), caper butter, cajun finishing butter, and Zing spicy jelly. The butter, bread, and pastries are so good there were no leftovers. Whether for desserts, old-fashioned bread and butter, or steak, this is the go-to shop. The staff also went above and beyond to cater a breakfast on their day off for a fantastic price. A fun and unique situation, highly recommended for some very tasty infused butter.
