Thoroughly enjoyed the buffet of delicious food catered by Cimmini’s at their family wedding this weekend. Appetizers, pasta (including gluten free) and desserts were outstanding.
Love the brunch and their support of the Marshall fire... Keep it up!!

Cimmini’s Italian Restaurant Catering and Event Venue is a family owned restaurant in gorgeous Niwot. The food is absolutely incredible, with a great atmosphere. The arugula pear salad was bright and fresh and the baked spinach ravioli in vodka sauce was delicious. Many are addicted to the Truffle Mushroom dish with gluten free rigatoni noodles, which are the best GF noodles ever, made locally in Longmont; the flavors all complement each other and the whole dish melts in the mouth. The White Truffle Mushroom pasta is so good, served with the best gluten free pasta. The Chicken Marsala and baked cheese ravioli with meatballs are also enjoyed. The antipasto, calamari, and cool meatballs wrapped in croissant rolls are very good. The patio is large and perfect for a spring evening, with light live music. Service is exceptional, with attentive and friendly wait staff. The owner checks in with guests. Everything is thoughtful, delicious, and an incredible all round experience. Prices are very decent. Highly recommended.
