Brunch was delightfully delicious.Parking: Niwot is small. There’s not a lot of traffic. We actually parked close but you may have to walk a block. No big dealWheelchair accessibility: We’d like to bring a wheelchair bound friend so we were checking it out

Eh, insomma... They say doing the same thing over & over, while hoping for a different outcome, is the definition of insanity. I'm not sure that's true, but it does show optimism that may well be exaggerated. That latter is my /our case when it comes to Cimmini's. (My spouse said as much!) I really, really, really want to like their food! The servers are sweet, the ambiance is cute -- even with nice live music, included at brunch! -- however, it is neither terribly good nor very authentic Italian food. To be awfully frank. Perhaps mediocre Italian-American food? I can tell you that my Sicilian father would have sent the food back -- maybe more than once. Che peccato! (What a shame.) It is disappointing. If you want to check them out, the best advice is to go for brunch. Eat the American food. That will probably be nice. Or have a drink and an appetizer on the patio in the summer. That too will almost surely be quite pleasant. But do not go hoping to have found a bonafide "trattoria" like you found while visiting bella Italia. Non lo è. (That's not it.) Mi dispiace -- I'm sorry Cimmini's.

Some of the best restaurant carbonara I've ever had. Very fair prices for the portion sizes. Whole menu sounded great. Nice list of cocktails as well. Will be back for

For special night out--We had cheesie garlic bread ,veggie calzone and lobster ravioli hose salad and chocolate cake. All very tasty. Ravioli was particularly creamy tasty.Service was very efficient and friendly. Live guitar and mandolin duo playing quietly made the whole experience relaxing and personal.

Started with delicious Italian soda, cherry. Very flavorful minestrone soup and chicken piccata, lots of capers and lemon flavor. Highly recommend! Husband had lobster ravioli and cleaned his plate!

Great, newer, local restaurant. Big city high dining it's not, but the food was great, server was attentive and we appreciate something nice to add to our local options. We'll be back again soon.Dietary restrictions: Had gluten free options for my wife.
