The slice I got was a nice thin crust w/lots of spicy sausage & pepperoni. It had the right level of spice, cheese, & oil. The Caesar has a nice dressing. Convenient location. It’s easy to park. The staff is kind! The bathroom is clean. Open kitchen to see them put the pizzas in. I highly recommend them! There are vegetarian options & thicker crust in some styles available.“

“I love this pizza place so much! The Detroit style is my favorite, and my husband loves the NY thin style. I love that there are so many options, and all of them are done to perfection. The pretzels and bagels are also delicious. I tried some desserts for the first time today, as I came in to celebrate my birthday, and the cheesecake and brownies were great. “Grayson was so helpful and patient! I ordered over the phone and bombarded them with questions. The owner Casey was very kind as well. BEST DEEP DISH PIZZA IN BOULDER! The turbo crust is absolutely banging. Delivery is only $5 and they always have promotions going. I would give 10 gold stars if I could. I would have posted a picture of the pizza but I scarfed it down so heres a picture of the box!

On the phone manager was very apathetic and refused to make it right. He kept talking over me, even in person, and when I called him out on it he told me literally verbatim that I was a liar. Drove over to the store, returned the cold pizza and got a proper hot pizza with a side of attitude. For a $25 pizza, it should be received hot or replaced.“

“I was ready to give this place a five star review, until the pork came out. It wasn't bad, it just didnt hold it's place in the line up of other impressive foods. So what else was there that was impressive? The chicken liver mousse with fresh bread! The ricotta with again fresh bread! The risotto with scallops strategically hidden in it! “We recently held our son's and our new daughter-in-law's rehearsal dinner at Parma Trattoria & Mozzarella Bar and every detail was perfect! Emilio and Mike provided helpful guidance every step along the way and ensured that our event went smoothly. We had a large party (44 people) and they recommended that we hold our event in the heated patio area for more privacy which was a great call. Our amazing servers Julie and Ilona are top notch and didn’t miss a beat. From helping us set up/decorate the tables to taking our orders to promptly serving/clearing dishes after each course to ensuring that no one waited for beverages, their service was flawless! And the food! Everyone raved about how delicious each dish was. I forgot to take photos of all my dishes but included a few to show how beautiful/tasty they look/are! It's hard to pick a favorite dish since we ordered just about everything on the menu and it was all delicious! Great cocktails and wine list too! A special callout to our new in-laws (the Francas and the Englishs of Thornton) for recommending Parma! “This was just the place my daughter and I needed tonight! Service was prompt and polite. Atmosphere was classy and calm, the music was set to a perfect volume and was jazz. We had caprese salad which was refreshing and fresh on this warm summer evening. We had the pasta carbonara and the tagliatelle bolognese - both were divine and the pasta cooked just perfectly. The wine selection was also delicious. The staff made us feel incredibly welcome and we got the food so quickly! Even though the food was served so quickly, we were never rushed. What a gem this restaurant is here in Boulder.“
