Great pizza and beer. Get pizza to go for lunch, easy to eat an entire thin crust pizza. Fast & friendly; they’ll keep it warm by the oven while you enjoy your beer.

Longmont Protos Pizza is a great pizza place with amazing food. The thin crust pizza is a favorite in Colorado, with a perfect dough and delicious flavor. The Roman and AP pizzas are excellent, and the Traffic Jam with extra pepperoni is super tastee. The cheese is hot and perfectly melty, with sausage slices rather than ground, and a full-flavored sauce. The simple salad is very basic and mediocre, but the caesar salad has perfectly selected lettuce at the right temp. Cocktails are really good, with a Sicilian Martini available. There is a weekday lunchtime deal with salad and a small pizza. The atmosphere is open with bright lighting. The service is exceptional, and the staff are great people. The new managers seem promising. Some reviews note the pizza is pricey, but also very reasonably priced. One issue involved a confusing $15 off deal on the website that only applied to the Denver location. The only complaint is the local beer list could be expanded.
