10 Best Pizza Restaurants in Lafayette

“I grew up in Chicago - north side on true Chicago pizza - thin crust, lots of cheese and meat and cut in squares. Jimano’s is the real deal. Best pizza I have had since I don’t know when. Been searching for a place like this for decades. Two minor differences from the north side pizza of my childhood- the crust was oh so slightly thinner and crispier and the sausage grease wasn’t dripping off each slice - both pluses in my mind. Folks in the service industry could take a lesson or two in friendly and helpful behind the counter customer service from the two gents working and baking. The atmosphere is walk up to counter and 4 small square tables for dining but we were the only ones eating in and had a grand old time eating way too much pizza.“

“We have ordered delivery 2x from here and each time it has been amazing. Also nice that they do the delivery vs. another outside service. We got the cheese Bread, wings and specialty pizza all of which I would highly recommend. Everything was still very hot upon arrival.“

They even were able to pull up a historical order so we could have the same custom pie again, very impressed by the service, delicious pizza, and their actually very reasonable price for the quality of ingredients they use. Loved everything, and the tomato sauce especially was spot on (because I'm a tomato sauce and marinara nerd)!“

“Please put a sticker or something on your employees if they don't have basic math skills. My order came to $49.10. I gave the gentleman $50.10. He entered $50. into the register. Then couldn't subtract 49.10 from 50.10. So he went with the incorrect change on the screen & gave me .90 change. I try to make it easier to make change & confused him.“

“Mici's is great. I recently had to call MIci's because I hadn't received my order and discovered that it was listed as delivered. I have mobility issues and couldn't go around the neighborhood to find it so the manager sent one of his employees to my house to find the order for me. They were pleasant, kind, and went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure my order was taken care of. Mici's gave me such good customer service, and I am so thankful to have them in my neighborhood.“
