“I went here to celebrate my birthday and everything was fresh and delicious. I ordered the Bucatini al forno and my fiance ordered a stuffed mushroom dish. The gelato and chocolate mousse cake for dessert was perfect. The camera didn't eat first because the food smelled too good and we dove right in. 😀“

“Mici's is great. I recently had to call MIci's because I hadn't received my order and discovered that it was listed as delivered. I have mobility issues and couldn't go around the neighborhood to find it so the manager sent one of his employees to my house to find the order for me. They were pleasant, kind, and went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure my order was taken care of. Mici's gave me such good customer service, and I am so thankful to have them in my neighborhood.“

“We went for lunch or the first time today and had the amazing lunch. We eachhad the lunch special, which includes a specialty Pizza and a salad of your choice for starting at $14.50. I had the funguy Pizza, which is a Mushroom Pizza. It was absolutely amazing. I ordered mine without arugula , as I do not perfer that. It was so good that I ordered a full size to take home for dinner. Our server was Jordan and she was awesome. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The only downside I have to say is that their drinks were just okay. We had a Italian spritzer that was kind of tart, and then I ordered a Vodka martini, which they said they do not commonly make, and I could tell why... I sent it back and ended up getting a glass of red wine but the pinot noir was mediocre at best. I think management should up their Wine selection and quality, if they're going to pair with Italian dishes. I would definitely go back and order more Pizza and the meatballs look amazing as well.“

Emilio and Mike provided helpful guidance every step along the way and ensured that our event went smoothly. We had a large party (44 people) and they recommended that we hold our event in the heated patio area for more privacy which was a great call. Our amazing servers Julie and Ilona are top notch and didn’t miss a beat. From helping us set up/decorate the tables to taking our orders to promptly serving/clearing dishes after each course to ensuring that no one waited for beverages, their service was flawless! And the food! Everyone raved about how delicious each dish was. I forgot to take photos of all my dishes but included a few to show how beautiful/tasty they look/are! “We received a gift card from a family member at Christmas and decided to use it on a Saturday night in January. The restaurant was packed but there was seating in the bar area, so we decided, what the heck(!) and went to the bar. Once seated we were greeted with the friendliest bar staff, Marissa and Tiernan. We wanted a glass of red and Marissa recommended the Porta Vita Italia. It is a delicious bargain and we were so impressed (and now hooked!). Our food was and continues to be great, as now we have become Saturday night regulars! We are Italian and honestly did not think we could get a traditional and tasty meal at a chain. Marissa and Tiernan, thank you for the excellent, friendly customer service and sweetness. You both are classy, sassy and super bad-**sy! The service was just as impressive, warm, attentive, and perfectly timed without ever feeling rushed. “Great! We had our food delivered and the guy was early (less than 45 minutes per our order). He was handing the food to my husband and he dropped the food. He apologized so many times said that he was going to make it right and have our order remade. Most places would have dusted the food off and called it good. He came back in a flash and was super nice. The pizza was large and amazing. The toppings are big and yummy. The ranch is delicious! We also got the garlic cheese things - amazing. Maybe more cheese if possible but still amazing The wings— eh. My husband said they tasted like they were microwaved. Besides that this is our new favorite place.“
