“These guys are the best. I order here more than my waistline would approve of and they always do a great job. Over the last decade plus we have had only one issue where they put olives on my mother-in-laws' pizza (she's allergic) and they remade it without issue. Just awesome folks working hard to serve their community.“

Very front page of the website right now is advertising a code for “Newmag” on the new magnifico pizzas however when I called the store to order they weren’t able to honor it, despite it being the homepage of their website. When you try to order online a pop up comes up saying to contact your store to order…? A whole lot of runaround for a deal that just doesn’t exist at this location.“

“We had a terrible experience last night. We ordered pizza, breadsticks and wings for delivery. The order was missing the breadsticks all together, wings were missing sauce and we did not get the extra sauce we paid for. We called to see if we could get the order corrected and a man answered the phone and put the phone down and did not put it on hold. He then told someone "oh its some guy complaining about his order." He then passed the phone to a very rude woman who said she was the shift manager. My husband was very upset trying to explain the situation and her response was "Do you want me to help you or not?" At this point my husband is obviously not happy. She hangs up on him. We have spend a lot of money here and will not longer support this business. Not counting the large tips we try and leave. Terrible customer service and whoever Sheria(not sure on spelling) needs an attitude adjustment.“

“We met some friends for dinner outside at Simply pizza at the Run Westy Run Food Truck Park. It’s awesome pizza! We ordered four different pizzas and they were all delicious. The kids ran around and played the outdoor games while while we listened to music and enjoyed our pizza. It was awesome! Highly recommend, but kinda want it to stay a hidden gem.“

In addition to The pinball machine they have a Neo-Geo cabinet and a Crusin USA cabinet, giving you plenty to do while you wait for your food. “I just want to remark on the unbelievably fast delivery time. This is an ongoing thing too. I order pizza and the site says 45 mins for delivery. The food shows up on 20 mins, piping hot and from the friendliest dude ever! Great hire with the older gentleman delivering the food. I wish I knew his name so I could shout him out here. We frequent this Dominos at least almost weekly and they’ve always had excellent service!“

“I hosted my wife's 50th birthday party here at Copper Rail. Eric and his staff were absolutely awesome! They didn't charge a fee for the space, they had several options for food, and they had everything set up and ready to go by time our party started. I highly recommend Copper Rail to anyone who is throwing or hosting a large party. They are very accommodating and they took great care of everyone in our group for a very reasonable price.“

“The kind, patient, saint of a woman handling the front desk today at 5:30pm should be rewarded, celebrated and promoted. Seriously. It's Halloween and the store is incredibly busy and there is a 30-60 minute wait. The amount of entitled, rude, snarky, eye-rolling adults was baffling because they had to... wait for pizza. The woman at the desk did everything she could to help everyone, was professional and friendly through it all and all she heard were complaints. “I live Frederick but where my location is these guys have to drive all the way up 52 and on that dangerous s curve to deliver my pizza! Just leaving this review cause they never miss …. Are always friendly and every time I’ve had to call the store since I use the online app and change something they’re very polite and don’t act like it’s an inconvenience to them!“

This is perhaps the most amazing experience I have ever had with a restaurant (and I have eaten at the Ritz, London). I had ordered my usual, a supreme, which can be quite hit and miss at other establishments. Not here though. When I placed my order, I was treated to an incredibly polite and well mannered young woman (Isabella?) whom assisted me in tailoring the pizza around my dietary needs (if I so much as look at gluten, I will need to spend the next day in the bathroom! (not pretty)). Soon after, the charming young lady said that my order was confirmed and that it would take ~30mins, to my great and happy surprise the pizza arrived in just 10 minutes!!!! incredible! Even luckier still, who should greet me at the door with my pizza? None other than the ever-smiling and warm Isabella whom wished me a fantastic night and off she went. I have never tasted such a depth of flavor from a gluten free pizza, but this one was truly delightful. I will be certain to order from here again!“
