Suggest you train your staff who interact with customer to not sound like like they are half asleep and don't really care, and to try to sound genuinely friendly not read from a script.
Cook the pizza thoroughly please. Delivering pizza quickly to sacrifice quality is a reflection of your manager on duty. If you mess up slapping dough then use a new dough, our pizza came apart like a twisted pretzel and was more doughy than our cinnamon rolls.
