“Delivery driver was very nice! Not a huge fan of the pizza though unfortunately. It was soggy and extremely greasy. I mean, it’s pizza. It’s gonna be greasy, but this pizza we got was VERY wet. Maybe that’s just how they make it, but I can’t imagine that’s the case with all the great reviews. I figure it’s probably just a fluke. We’re new to the area so we’re trying out all the pizza places. We’re gonna keep looking for our favorite, but I’m sure we’ll give them another shot sometime. It didn’t taste like bad pizza, it just felt like one.“

“Huge shout out to Domino’s. Saturday night my niece got married. The catering was beyond messed up. Barely enough food for 20 people when there were over 100 in attendance. One call to Domino’s, and an explanation of the situation, and we had around 40 pizzas delivered and all at an amazing price. Thank you Domino’s, you guys saved the day!“

“Stopped in on our way through the area and grabbed a couple slices and some cheesy bread to go. Food came out quickly and was fresh and delicious! The slices were large and foldable NY-style with lots of gooey cheese and that cheesy bread was nothing but gooey cheese and wonderfully crispy outside/fluffy inside crust. Highly recommend this place and wish I had gotten to try more!“

“Disappointed with this first time order. Pizza was just barely cooked through. Huge crust with very thin dough base. Hardly any sauce (dry) Toppings were so so. Not much flavor, probably due to lack of sauce and cheese. Sticker shock like always these days. Sticker shock is worse when prices go up and product is skimpy. It's like two price hikes.“

“Pizza is still the best deal in food. Feed a family for $5-9 Bucks a person. I have never had an issue with this place. Lots of our young community getting their first shot at a job. We do not like the thin style here though?? Not sure why so much.“

“Came here to pick up for customers one day. Then decided to stop for lunch today. They have an extremely friendly staff, great nice ,personable owner. They have amazing lunch specials! Got a slice of pepperoni and it the best pizza I’ve had since moving to Colorado in 2019. Can’t go wrong with this pizza joint. Always busy always smiling and always putting out quality food! “We called to placed an order for pickup and spoke with Coy. The customer service Coy provides is above and beyond the best I've had in a long time. We were greated by Yami and she too was pleasant and positive to work with. It's been a long time since we have eaten a Caroli from Romas but we will be back for more. “We have always known hearth offered great food and great service. But that was further exemplified yesterday when we used DoorDash to order a pizza and some apps. When we received our delivery, we found the dasher had only grabbed the bag of appetizers and not the pizza box. Because of the photo the driver took upon delivery we were unable to seek restitution through the app. When we called hearth to see if we could pick up the food, the gentleman working let us know the pizza was still there. When we asked if we could retrieve it, he insisted that the kitchen prepare one fresh. Ultimately, we were able to secure the new pizza and left very happy to enjoy our delicious hearth meal. We were left extremely satisfied by the handling of the situation by the kind staff. Thank you Hearth Team!“
