I really like this place because I have a yeast allergy (which soulds strange) :). But they are the only place I have ever been about to order cauliflower crust and the crust does not have yeast in it. This is the only place I've ever been able to eat pizza.
Wish I would have taken a picture of our pizzas - not only did they look heavenly but they also tasted amazing. This was our first time trying the pizza at Pelican Jo's and it won't be our last! ?

We love ordering from our favorite local pizza spot! The salads are always a generous size and the pizza crust is always flaky, flavorful and cooked to perfection. They offer a large selection of specialty pizzas and calzones and many ways to customize your order to your liking. We're very lucky to have Pelican Joe's in Milliken as a local dining and take out option as an alternative to the fast food and chain restaurants that seem to be taking over our once small farm community....read full review
