They don’t even deserve to be called garlic knots they should just be called bread knots because there is no garlic or butter or parsley or any wonderful thing that you would expect on garlic knots they’re just dry knots of bread. “I went on a date here on a Sunday afternoon - the restaurant wasn’t very busy so we were seated a huge wrap-around corner booth for just the 2 of us, which was awesome. Our server was a younger lady in her mid 20’s - she had the best personality! She gave attentive service, never had to ask for anything, she made excellent recommendations for cocktails & even offered us an entirely free entree that must have been extra of a mistake - but it was delicious! We had pan fried pork dumplings w/sauce, chilled California rolls w/eel sauce for dipping (thick like mollasses & salty like soy sauce - which is oddly satisfying) , hot & sour soup that was to die for, lettuce wraps seasoned & cooked to perfection w/fresh, cold & crispy lettuce leafs and Teriyaki Salmon which was bright pink, thick, flaky & tender - almost melted in your mouth - ah-maz-ing! It was such an enjoyable experience! I can’t remember the name of the cocktail I had - it was so cool- it’s served in a small glass tumbler with a lid on jt, when the lid is removed smoke sloooowly drifts up & off the top of the glass, it’s a dark pink color with black salt on the rim - I think it had tequila in it - you should try it! It was unique and gave me a nice little buzz, but nothing too heavy or intoxicating! I recommend going on a weekday afternoon to get the best service and who knows- maybe you will get to meet the amazing server who helped make our date so fun and enjoyable…I hope you do!”

We were visiting our parents and decided to try something besides FiveBucks. When we pulled around the corner, there was a beautiful double rainbow right over this store. That's our sign, right??

It was definitely a sign because this was the first coffee shop that blew us away.
A young man named Ben greeted us with a kind smile and welcoming "Hello." We didn't have anyone behind us so I mentioned that I had just taken a great shot of the store and the rainbow. After that we chatted a moment. Ben even flipped a coin for us and we won a free drink!!
(What?What?What? Rainbows, Kindness, and free Coffee?? #itsagoodday.)
Ben continued talking with us while he made our outstanding beverages.
I had a Blue Hawaii Energy, my wife had a Autumn Blonde. #excellent
By the time we got our drinks, Ben was our newest friend in Colorado.

Now folks, I'm from the South where Hospitality reigns supreme. In all my travels to Colorado, Lift Coffee Bar and Ben win the Best of the Best Award for Service, Quality, and Genuine Kindness!!

I had the Tender Love salad with grilled chicken- it was delicious! - very fresh with lots of tasty chicken, hardboiled egg, bacon, tomato, onions and several dressing choices - it was a large serving- to big for me to finish so I had yummy leftovers. My husband & son had the chicken sandwich spicy & chicken strips medium spice - all was fabulous! The staff member (Lucky) & the Manager were both incredible; very friendly, helpful & attentive - checking in to see how we were doing & if we needed anything else. The restaurant was clean and bright. Overall wonderful dinning experience. Thanks again Lucky for all your help with the food selections/recommendations & for your A++ service. You're the sweetest.
Note; My son ordered the mac and cheese as his side, but they were in the middle of making a new batch and it was going to take a bit longer to make; the manager was apologetic & truly great about offering other selections & adjusting our order inviting us back with a free drink & Bogo salad next time. We'll definitely be back! Looking forward to it!”
