“Didn't realize this building changed to an Indian place, but omg now that I know, I'll be coming here often! Food was delicious, hot, and fast, the little complementaries like rice pudding and appetizer chutneys are a great touch. Staff is so friendly. It is a bit amusing that they reused all the Mexican restaurant furniture but who cares what you're sitting on when you're shoving your face with delicious food & chai? Go here. Eat their food. “Probably the best food in Johnstown. I haven’t found another restaurant that can come close to their quality or authenticity. Not only is the food delicious, but everything on the menu is very reasonably priced.I’m not the biggest fan of the location, but everything else about the experience makes up for it.I’m amazed that CO is coming to check out Buccees over Los Rudos. You can get a breakfast burrito from Buccees with disgusting eggs for $8.23, or a delicious burrito from Los Rudos for $4.The menu has something for everyone and if you’re in the area, this is a place where you’ll try some amazing food you didn’t know existed in northern CO!”

“So I have ate here a few times and can say it's usually on point but this last time it was not the breakfast burrito was big but filled with steamed potatoes and what little steak was in it ....was just not appealing and the waitress trying to rush us out with out asking if we need or want anything else I waited for a deferent server to get her attention and asked her for 2 slice of pecan pie which I high recommend even though it's 5.oo a slice over all I'd recommend them but the kitchen and front staff better pick it back up to top tier AAA SERVICE , SO there's not reviews like this....give them a try and follow up with a review I hope this reaches someone there and it gets addressed”

“The food was fantastic! We finally stopped and had lunch the other day. I am a cheeseburger junkie. I have not been able to get a decent diner style burger in a long time. The cheeseburger I got was exactly what I was looking for. Done perfectly juicy medium, crispy toasted bun, melty cheese, and fresh toppings you put on yourself. OMG, so good! The fries are great as well, super crisp, and are perfect with the fry sauce. We are definitely coming back.”

“We had the best time at Mirror Image! My husband and I were visiting from LA and wanted a central spot so friends and family from Longmont to Denver could swing by and say hello! Not only did Mirror Image let us reserve the spacious patio, they even had an indoor backup plan for when it got too hot (and it did and we used it!) The bartender, Jax, was super kind and was great on checking in us (we were there for 6 hours total with around 30 folks coming in and out) PLUS the beer was great and the shareable pizza and food was delicious. What a great spot, will for sure be going back every time we come to Colorado.”

“Cute little coffee shop in downtown Johnstown. The coffee is delicious, they have some good brekafast items, and they have a super cute patio that's perfect for the summer. And, bonus, they serve some alcohol and partner with the local pizza shop next door for food. On Fridays, they also do a fun trivia night.”

I would have really liked to taste that. Very accommodating to my dietary needs.”

“These are some of the most chill people. I usually come here for their tacos and horchata. The fact that they don't use salt or pepper makes it better since the flavor is on their salsa. Always get their most spicy salsa. You get free salt and pepper packets if you want the spices, which honestly it isn't necessary. You have to get here early if you want their horchata. It sells out fast. They told me it can only be made when they're back home.Parking: It's on the Ace parking lot”

“This place is wonderful. I had family come into town for my birthday and we placed a last minute cake order. Only 1 day notice. They were so nice and accommodating and made the cake for us. It was a carrot cake with cream cheese frosting and it is amazing. Best cake ever. It’s the cutest building and great service. Go here for your desserts!”

“Took my grandkids to Goober’s for hard-scoop ice-cream while visiting from Illinois. I thought it was a cute little shop. Friendly server. I was a little confused that there was no menu, but I was able to let the ice cream scooper know how to make a turtle sundae and she was able to make it just the way I like it! I also appreciate that they will let you taste a flavor before you order. Not a lot to choose from but there was enough of a choice to make it worth while.”

“Our waitress was amazing our 4 year old child was hangry and she handled it so well making us feel welcome. The outside area has a heater in case Colorado weather suddenly turns. My only wish is they could do more gluten free stuff they used to have a dedicated fryer for French fries but it’s been broken for a while. As a celiac please bring this back. The steak salad is good too though!”
