A classic hole-in-the-wall, incredibly delicious, and so totally worth it restaurant! The interior is small, but don't let it fool you. The food is so flavorful. I had the pollo gorditas and they were incredible. Juicy chicken tucked in a nicely crisped tortilla. The avocado sauce is the perfect compliment. I can't wait to go back!
When ordering online, pay attention to the location! There is an El Gueros in Denver. This is NOT that location.

Great little whole in the wall restaurant. Small table space, more of a take out place.

El Gueros Tacos offers top notch quesabirrias, shrimp tacos, tacos al pastor, fish tacos, and Quesabirria, along with a full Asada plate, big burritos, and amazing chicken tacos. The food is SO good, with good portions, generous portions, and simple but flavorful authenticity that reminds some of grandma's cooking. The friendly staff, very kind folks, and customer service greeted always with a smile and kindness make every visit special. A very jovial host and his wife who preps everything in-house ensure everything on the menu is delicious. This hole in the wall absolutely made the night, if not the whole trip. Best food, best prices, and best service in Ft. Lupton, knocking it out of the park. Never disappointed, will definitely be going back.
