We've got Fort Lupton's top Mexican restaurants covered for you.
“Stopped in for a to go burrito for my drive back home. The barbacoa burrito was very good. I should have gotten something else to try too. Small place, but they are doing it right. Prices are very reasonable. I’ll try a breakfast burrito the next morning I am up there for work!“
“We ordered take out, which rook awhile after they had told us it would be ready. We had 3 types of burritos and all were very good and were huge. But I would ne er stay inside to eat. They had Spanish language music TV on so loud, you couldn't have a conversation. So consider it a take-out place that is slow. But it is good and filling. 3 burritos- $45.00!“
“This place is a small restaurant but don’t be fooled that has an awesome cook and helpful staff. As i entered this restaurant I felt like i was in my mom’s kitchen. Has the aroma of the right mixture of seasoning and home cooking. Really good food and as i peaked at others plates i had food envy. It’s a must try when in the area.“
“I celebrated my birthday today in this great restaurant. I am glad to say that it was a outstanding evening and the place was no doubt the reason for this successful event. The crew participated in a gorgeous style, the cooking was delicious and my buddies were so glad. We shall surely come back again for more events. thanks very much.“
“I found this gem while working in Ft Lupton. I stopped by Burrito Delight and I’m glad I did. I ordered a delicious Bacon Breakfast burrito and it was great and the best part is that it was only $5. The other restaurants around town are 9-12 after tip.“
“This restaurant was amazing. we go to Mexican restaurants all the time and eat Mexican food all the time. When we walked in we thought maybe we should go somewhere else, but they really made the best Mexican food we've had in a very very long time and we live out in Lakewood. We were so happy with their service even though the girl that was taking the orders couldn't understand English at all she's still understood what I meant and I understood what she would meant and she was very nice and very kind. they're chopped steak was incredible the smothered burrito that I got it was so great there's sauces were great and you can take them home in your little cups as much as you want. I am just so pleased that we decided to stop there on the way home from Greeley I really do give them five stars and if you have a second or to go get food go there and get Mexican food because I don't normally choose Mexican food and I would choose this place again and again. Thank you you guys for such a great meal.“
“Nice out of the way Mexican restaurant. Food was good and served on aluminum baking sheets which was unique and handled the generous portions well. Definitely an authentic restaurant as menu is a little hard to decipher by us gringos but the server was able to help with clarification. The atmosphere was a very nice rustic setting in what looks from the outside like an old barn. The music was a bit oud but not so much so that we couldn't have a dinner conversation. We will definitely go back.“
“Smothered breakfast burrito with asada absolutely slaps, place is clean, staff is friendly. Admittedly its a $15 breakfast burrito but you'd pay $25 for the same amount of food at the fast food joint next door. Get the red salsa its great, its hot, you'll sweat out all your sins.“
“Nestled off the main grid in Fort Lupton - a Midwestern styled town, with a very subtle small city vibe. Santiago's is what you come to expect from the local franchise. Delicious, authentic Mexican food, served by an attentive hostess that always gave way to a smile. Comfortable, clean and reasonably price (literally spent more at established fast foods). Add in a brief driving tour of South Platte River Historical Society and gawk at one of Colorado's biggest Corvette dealerships - seemingly hiding in plain site - giving all the reasons to bypass your local Santiago's and give Fort Lupton a try.“
“A fantastic find! We shared a breakfast burrito and huevos a la mexica. You can tell the salsa, rice and beans are freshly made. Service was fantastic and we were served chips and salsa as an appetizer. There were 3 kinds of salsa when I was in: green, red and a habanero based salsa. I’d recommend trying them all! The quality is outstanding and the pricing super reasonable. I’ll definitely be back!“
