Uncover Platteville's Mexican dining scene with Restaurantji's insights.
“Biscuits and gravy is my go to. They make food to order. You can call ahead or walk in and order. They also have grab and go hot food like breakfast burritos and sandwiches. The staff is always friendly. You can also use your fuel points for free food if you buy alot of fuel.Parking: Ample parking for cars, trucks and semi's.“
“My husband absolutely loves Laredo Taco Company. If he's in Platteville and is hungry, he will get the enchiladas or the beef fajitas. The Laredo Taco Company is inside the 7-Eleven building that is located at the corner of Grand Avenue and 85.“
“Probably the best food in Johnstown. I haven’t found another restaurant that can come close to their quality or authenticity. Not only is the food delicious, but everything on the menu is very reasonably priced.I’m not the biggest fan of the location, but everything else about the experience makes up for it.I’m amazed that CO is coming to check out Buccees over Los Rudos. You can get a breakfast burrito from Buccees with disgusting eggs for $8.23, or a delicious burrito from Los Rudos for $4.The menu has something for everyone and if you’re in the area, this is a place where you’ll try some amazing food you didn’t know existed in northern CO!“
“The best family owned local mexican in town! Would even drive 30 minutes for it. The staff is kind and goes above and beyond to ensure your experience is great. The food is made with love and you can tell. They make the mole fresh to order - 10/10 recommend!“
“These are some of the most chill people. I usually come here for their tacos and horchata. The fact that they don't use salt or pepper makes it better since the flavor is on their salsa. Always get their most spicy salsa. You get free salt and pepper packets if you want the spices, which honestly it isn't necessary. You have to get here early if you want their horchata. It sells out fast. They told me it can only be made when they're back home.Parking: It's on the Ace parking lot“
“Roberto was our waiter. Amazing service and very professional. It was refreshing to have someone who is good at their job assisting our meal. The food was very flavorful and filling. My new favorite Mexican restaurant.Dietary restrictions: They made my beef separate from their normal beef because it has green chili added to it which unfortunately isn't gluten free. I would have really liked to taste that. Very accommodating to my dietary needs.“
“A fantastic find! We shared a breakfast burrito and huevos a la mexica. You can tell the salsa, rice and beans are freshly made. Service was fantastic and we were served chips and salsa as an appetizer. There were 3 kinds of salsa when I was in: green, red and a habanero based salsa. I’d recommend trying them all! The quality is outstanding and the pricing super reasonable. I’ll definitely be back!“
“Love this place! I have been coming here since my high school days. Small family run restaurant and the family is super nice! The best! I live in Denver now and stop by here when I can on my way back south. Give them a try and support local and small businesses!!“
“My husband and I have been coming for quite a year now. He loves the food from this place! Especially the shrimp wrapped plate! Waitresses are nice, and the place is kept clean. Although about 2 weeks ago we had an issue with what seemed a double charge, they stayed on top of it and cared for the situation. Turns out for being in a smaller town, their credit card machine can was not working because of the slow connection they get sometimes. Totally understandable! I don’t live too far away and always have issues with my wifi. Turned out they did not charge twice after a few days of waiting. and even gave us both a free margarita of our choice along with a free dessert! They deserve a good review. Will definitely continue coming back and supporting them!“
