“There is now one regular Veteran's Social (Breakfast, Brunch, Coffee, or just conversation) in Greeley, CO. They teamed up with a group of veterans offering their location, menu, and service in support of Northeastern Colorado vets. Everything they offer is delicious and very reasonably priced. My favorites are the Pancakes, Oatmeal, or Grits.“

“Two long time friends and I had a yummy Christmas-time lunch here yesterday. Two of the 3 us have been coming to El Pueblito for many years, driving down from Estes Park. Chips/Salsa very good, large portions. I ordered the wonderful burrito that has added bell pepper and onion, ground beef, green chile, with El Pueblito's special light-and-flavorful cheese sauce over all. Minus the flour tortilla due to gluten intolerance. Friends really liked their food, too. This is a restaurant that has put a lot of thought and skill into making delicious Mexican food. Recommended El Pueblito to waitress at another Mexican restaurant in Denver. She asked for directions and wants to visit. So glad our other friend got to try your restaurant, too. We all agreed: WE WILL BE BACK AS SOON AS WE CAN ALL GET TOGETHER AGAIN. Thank you for the great service from an attentive staff who are kind and helpful. Muchas gracias! 5-Stars“

“Qdoba absolutely delivered today. The food was fresh, fast, and exactly what I was craving, but the real highlight was our server, Rayna. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and on top of everything. You can tell she genuinely cares about making sure people have a great experience. Her energy made the whole visit better, and she's a big reason I'll be coming back.

“I absolutely love to go here on the weekends, their tacos are very affordable and the guys are professional. The line gets long though so you just got to find the right timing unless you're willing to wait. It's outside so it can be a cold wait.“
“Torta was decent, not worth 15 dollars. The horchata is what I want to write about. If you have ever had real horchata, you would know that the horchata they sell tastes
nothing like it. If I were to review it separately the horchata alone would be a 2/10.“

“Undoubtedly an upgrade from the previous restaurant that was here. Their food is amazing and it deservedly is in contention for the best Mexican Restaurant around. I would recommend their molcajete and enchiladas tricolor if you are visiting for the first time.“
“This place is great! I needed cow heart wich is super hard to get. I spoke with Enrique and he managed to order it and we were able to get it the next day, he was really nice and called me when it was ready to pick up. When I went to the store the man that gave me the order was also super nice. I would definitely recommend this place 🙂“

“Gave this place a 4 only because their prices went up. The food here is delicious though... ...and heres a hot take, their chicken reminds me of HuliHuli chicken from back home! The chicken is the star of the show: if you get the meal, it comes with rice and beens (the rice is decent, the beans tend to be a bit more on the watery side), and grilled onions and jalapenos. But like I said, the chicken is the main attraction. Used to go at least twice a month, but now I only go when I feel like treating myself.“

“We have been dining at the Park Meadow location in LoneTree for a couple of years (about a total of ten times) as we live about 30+ miles away. So it is always a time we look forward to. Our experience in efficient friendly staff and awesome food has always been excellent. This is definitely the Mexican restaurant you would take out of town guests to.“
