“I’ve been to a lot of breweries, but never have I received such above and beyond service as what my bartender Evan has given me here at the greatest brewery in the world. I have been to a lot of breweries, but I have tried more beer from Weldwerks than any other brewery (via 4-packs from the liquor store) before I even visited their brewery for the first time today. He made it feel like a place I want to spend the day at. I’ve never felt so welcomed and at home at a brewery before, and that’s saying something. This is the bartending service you dream of. Evan is the coolest guy. Because of him, I feel like Weldwerks is practically a home away from home. Weldwerks is the summit of breeding, speaking as a man who had tried over 400 brews to this point. No brewery has reached the level of flavor and depth this place offers. You haven’t reached the true pinnacle of brewing until you’ve experienced WeldWerks Brewing. This is brewing elevated, and it’s because of people like Evan that it’s possible in the first place. 🍻 I thought I was going to make this part of a trip to Greeley, and it ended up being worth the trip just to hang at the brewery alone.“

They teamed up with a group of veterans offering their location, menu, and service in support of Northeastern Colorado vets. Everything they offer is delicious and very reasonably priced. My favorites are the Pancakes, Oatmeal, or Grits.“

“Two long time friends and I had a yummy Christmas-time lunch here yesterday. Two of the 3 us have been coming to El Pueblito for many years, driving down from Estes Park. Chips/Salsa very good, large portions. I ordered the wonderful burrito that has added bell pepper and onion, ground beef, green chile, with El Pueblito's special light-and-flavorful cheese sauce over all. Minus the flour tortilla due to gluten intolerance. Friends really liked their food, too. This is a restaurant that has put a lot of thought and skill into making delicious Mexican food. Recommended El Pueblito to waitress at another Mexican restaurant in Denver. She asked for directions and wants to visit. So glad our other friend got to try your restaurant, too. “I love Bravos. Get a 14 inch pizza and 2 drinks for $25. My fiance and I go here often. It was the first place we ate after moving to Greeley and we have been back so many times. The pizza is so good and the topping choices are exciting. Their burgers and Philly Cheese are great too“

I have not had anything that hasn't been done well. The staff is wonderful and even helps me to my car when I need help. What a wonderful place!“

Update! Got the Tonkotsu ramen, everything was amazing! Pork was perfectly cooked, egg was true ramen style. I think this is now my favorite ramen place in Northern Colorado. Sorry Kujira in FoCo but Bowl Izakaya is better!!!!

“Have dined here in the past with great experiences but last night was a bit weird . Nobody waited on us and finally went to the counter to order and was told that a waitress would come over. She never came so went back to counter and the nice but confused girl took our order . And then she went home🤣. So the cook took over and handled things like a professional. There was a girl manning the bar and she had her hands full. The food was great. I assume they were shorthanded so will give them a pass on the lack of service as they handled the stress professionally and with a smile .“

“Friendly staff does a fairly consistent job everytime I am there. Management needs to let them start a fresh batch of chicken at night... I was there after 9pm ordering for 4 people all wanting chicken soft tacos and the clear difference from grilled chicken pieces to the small greasy bits of chicken from the first 3 of 15 to the last of the 15. I was told their directions are to wait until it's finished at night. If someone is ordering 15, make a fresh batch, we are already going to be waiting. Never been inside.“
