“Accidents happen, and one happened to me this week at P.F. Chang’s in Loveland. The staff was there to help with kindness, professionalism, and a smile. They quickly replaced my meal and made me feel completely at ease. Outstanding customer service like this deserves to be recognized!!

“I loved the one in Estes and decided to get some food to go one time from the Loveland location. First thing I noticed was that the menu was a bit different, but I got something different and it was still good. Today, I decide to sit and stay since I had time. At the time there was only one other couple at a table with two people (mainly one guy). Gradually it started to get a pretty busy crowd and someone arrived to help. What I don't understand is how it took me over an hour for me to leave with my food? Yes after like 45 minutes of waiting PART of my food came out and I asked for it all to be made to go so I could just leave. I had to ask a passer byer to at least bring me the Naan I ordered while I continued to wait while THREE tables that came after me immediately got Naan bread and their food before did. One of the tables actually ate and left by the time I got mine. How does this happen?! Ridiculous.“

“I planned a surprise birthday dinner for my husband there this Saturday. They were able to accommodate our large group reservation. They even called the day before to check and make sure everything was good to go with my reservation. Our server Forrest was absolutely amazing! He did such an awesome job the entire time we were there! Constantly checking in to see if we needed anything. His energy was hilarious and made the whole experience even better! The food and drinks were amazing! Highly recommend!“

“Two long time friends and I had a yummy Christmas-time lunch here yesterday. Two of the 3 us have been coming to El Pueblito for many years, driving down from Estes Park. Chips/Salsa very good, large portions. I ordered the wonderful burrito that has added bell pepper and onion, ground beef, green chile, with El Pueblito's special light-and-flavorful cheese sauce over all. Minus the flour tortilla due to gluten intolerance. Friends really liked their food, too. This is a restaurant that has put a lot of thought and skill into making delicious Mexican food. Recommended El Pueblito to waitress at another Mexican restaurant in Denver. She asked for directions and wants to visit. So glad our other friend got to try your restaurant, too. We all agreed: WE WILL BE BACK AS SOON AS WE CAN ALL GET TOGETHER AGAIN. Thank you for the great service from an attentive staff who are kind and helpful. Muchas gracias! 5-Stars“

“We live down the street from this restaurant right after quarantine started. We got take out from here constantly. I would say twice a month. I love that they are friendly and always quick to prepare food. We are a big family and always ordered at least $100 worth of food. Sometimes it was just two people working and even then, they got our order right and fast every time! I can’t speak for their dine in experience because we always got it for take out. But this place is delicious. 10/10 would recommend. Our family always ordered lots of food. Every time we went in to pick up our food, it was nicknamed “the big order.” Sadly, we have to move away. We will miss this restaurant and the friendly people.“

“Went 10-21; sat outside 12:00 pm with my dog. Super dog friendly place. The place is very nice and prices for what you get in my opinion THEY DONT CHARGE ENOUGH. They served the biggest and best looking burger with amazing fries. Literally the price was great. The beers are something else. Good prices too but they make their own brews. One of the best hefeweizen I have every had. Going to be a regular.“

Our server was a wonderful young woman who was great, especially with the kids we had with us. We had a group of 8 of us plus a dog, all meeting from different areas of the country. It was extra special how the staff went above and beyond letting us hang on the patio before we all needed to go our separate ways.“

“Gave this place to try because I have two really good ones like this in my neck of the woods 92nd and Federal and another one called Golden Scoop both of them are really good and so I gave this place a try with my sister and the hot and sour soup was a little bit seaweedy I think. Her noodles were bland and my dish was okay but not anywhere near as good as the two in my neck of the woods. Thus 4 stars for not being great. They should road trip into my neck of the woods to find out what a really great Chinese places like.“

“This is good Mexican food for amazing prices. This is not the typical casual dining atmosphere, but it is bright and clean. It has more of a fast food atmosphere for the dining area. More important, I haven't had anything there I don't like. There chips and salsa are inexpensive and worth the money. Their green chili is very good. Only two things could make this better for me... I would LOVE one in Fort Collins and I am a cookie guy, but the food is terrific and we typically eat there less than we do at Taco Bell!“

“Don’t get me wrong. I’m grateful for the grub, but there’s no point in ordering through the app if your ticket is gonna sit on the side for 20 minutes. Because they are definitely prioritizing delivery orders. You may as well pull up place an order and pray they address it and in order to speed up the process you should probably just sit in the store and wait.“
