“I tried to do a second review on Google reviews and it wouldnt let me because I guess I can only do 1 review per restaurant. That being said, this is the 4th time I've been in and I really have to say that Alex (Alexandrea) is seriously an exceptional server. I absolutely loved the food, no doubt about that. But I work in the restaurant industry, and have for 22 years. If I could steal her from your restaurant to my job, I would....but I wouldn't be able to have the experience that I continuously have when I go to Garden Gate in Niwot and have her as my server. You folks are so awesome! Keep up the good work! And thank you SO much!“

“I went to check this place out and got their Fire-starter Burger with Sweet Potato Fries. The burger was cooked perfectly! Just the small amount of pink I was looking for. 😋 It had just the right amount of jalapeños and guacamole. Did I mention the burger is fairly decent sized for the price?!?! I have never had Sweet Potato fries this good either, most of the places I have gotten them from they are burnt and hard. The restaurant is casual dining and VERY CLEAN! The staff are friendly and amazing as well as VERY VERSED in Service Dog laws. I felt very safe and welcomed here with the calm atmosphere. I would DEFINITELY go back!!!“

“Came all the way from Canada and can honestly say this is THE BEST mexican food I’ve had in my life!!! The carne asada was exquisite + the plate was HUGE, and the mango margarita was to die for. Totally recommend!!“

“I had wanted to eat at Frasca for years, and it finally worked out. My husband and I chose the Quattro Piatti tasting menu with the half wine pairing and added the chef’s pasta course.

What impressed me most was that I was never bored or disappointed. Each course made me curious about what was coming next and how it would be presented. The chef’s pasta was outstanding, the black cod was beautifully prepared, and the presentations throughout the meal were artistic and thoughtful. Some dishes, particularly the lamb and dessert, were richer than my personal preference, but everything was interesting and carefully executed.

The wine pairing was exceptional and may have been my favorite part of the evening. I was also pleasantly surprised by how comfortable and welcoming the atmosphere felt. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and I’m very glad we finally went.“

“Our favorite sushi in Boulder for quality. They had only two servers for lunch service with a full restaurant. We ordered miso soup. Only one came, despite confirming we each wanted one. 10 minutes later, the second soup arrived. The servers were very kind, but clearly a third server is needed desperately. It also gets very loud, which is challenging for conversation at the table.“

“Our first time dining at this place though we have wanted to go for a while after someone posted about it after they opened. Finally made it and glad we made reservations as it was packed since it was peak time Friday evening. Spoke with Koji-san, the owner, while we were waiting for our table and he also stopped by each table to check on them which we thought was great. We had the takoyaki, kaisen-mix okonomiyaki and the spicy miso ramen. All came within a reasonable amount of time and were delicious! Koji-san explained the background of offering takoyaki, which was so interesting and great for him to share. We will definitely be back to try the other menu items, esp their sushi, which looked delicious! Great to see a business busy and doing well!“

“I wanted to take a moment to share my experience at Morning Glory Cafe. A week ago, I made a reservation for a group of 11 people, and when we arrived, the table was perfectly set and ready for us. However, after we placed our orders, we waited over an hour and a half without receiving any food. This was brought to the attention of the staff, and understandably, frustration began to build on our end. Fortunately, the manager, Adolfo, addressed the situation beautifully. He sincerely apologized for the delay and explained that there had been a miscommunication regarding our order, which led to a significant mistake. To make amends, they comped our meals, which was greatly appreciated. Our waitress, Helen, was also very sincere in her apology. In a time when many establishments struggle to admit their errors, Morning Glory Cafe stood out by acknowledging their mistake and taking responsibility. We truly love this restaurant and deeply appreciate its integrity. I will always recommend Morning Glory Cafe to others! Thank you, Adolfo and Helen, for resolving this situation so effectively. “My Sushi & Ramen Izakaya is the best restaurant in Boulder!! They have delicious sushi and their ramen is the most tasty and authentic! The owners are so kind and passionate about their business. “We were unlucky enough to have a clutch cable snap on my motorcycle, but lucky enough that it happened not too far from Spirit Hound. The staff were amazing. They brought us iced water and checked on us while we made towing arrangements (it was super hot outside!). We decided to make the best of a bad thing and wait in the distillery. The cocktails were incredible, the charcuterie was amazing, and the staff and atmosphere were great. Despite the situation, we thoroughly enjoyed our accidental afternoon at Spirit Hound and we look forward to returning on purpose one day soon!“

Also good selection of vegetarian options (with some that aren't super spicy as well) and they also can accommodate celiac/gluten-free. Noise level depends on time of day and location, it is a relatively big restaurant with different sections.“

Dinner with an old friend from Boulder while visiting from out of town. One of his favorite spots.

1. Food - really good, but not quite five stars. With the variety of options available in Boulder, the bar is high. Flavors were good, food was fresh, but the medium spice wasn’t spiced and the lamb saag was excessively oily.
2. Service was warm and generous. Best part of the visit.
3. Give the options for dining in Boulder, I think Gurkhas could elevate their position by decluttering their space and raising the bar on simple elegance. Elevated need not be expensive or pretentious.
4. Price - matched well for the quality and service

Overall, a great meal. Would recommend.“

“I’ve been using Skratch for awhile. Switch between it and Tailwind but I prefer Skratch for my marathon training. The carb/ sodium ratio is exactly what I need for my fall race. The passion fruit guava is amazing. Wish it was not a limited edition flavor. All of the flavors are great as well. Definitely recommend Skratch“

“The pizza is really solid here. I always get a build your own with bacon and red onions, but my sons like The Big Cheese and my husband likes Tommy Want Chicken Wingy. It also has a really fun, laid back vibe. One of my favorite restaurants in Erie. We eat here probably once every two weeks, and it’s really easy to get dessert after because it’s connected to the ice cream parlor next door. Highly recommend it!“
