If I could steal her from your restaurant to my job, I would....but I wouldn't be able to have the experience that I continuously have when I go to Garden Gate in Niwot and have her as my server. They taste exactly how the food in Cicero/Chicago taste. every time I eat there I get little hints of being home again. My family and I are regulars at this restaurant for this EXACT reason. “Excellent restaurant on pearl street to get delicious food and drink. They have a great happy hour deal as well. We had a bruschetta board which was delicious, my favorite was the salmon and pesto. The chicken mozzarella panini was fantastic. The bread had the perfect crunch and was a sizable portion. It had a spicy sun-dried tomato sauce which complemented the mozzarella perfectly. The soup of the day was a chicken noodle with lemon pesto which was perfect on a snowy day.“

“We were unlucky enough to have a clutch cable snap on my motorcycle, but lucky enough that it happened not too far from Spirit Hound. The staff were amazing. They brought us iced water and checked on us while we made towing arrangements (it was super hot outside!). We decided to make the best of a bad thing and wait in the distillery. The cocktails were incredible, the charcuterie was amazing, and the staff and atmosphere were great. Despite the situation, we thoroughly enjoyed our accidental afternoon at Spirit Hound and we look forward to returning on purpose one day soon!“

The service is good and the staff is very friendly. The owner is often around and you can tell the place runs smoothly and is very clean. When my visiting parents stayed at the adjacent hotel they literally ate here everyday.“

Great seating and atmosphere for gathering, or working. If you are a digital Nomad, there is an abundance of outlets, and complimentary Wi-Fi.

The gem is that they have carrying & thoughtful owners in Alicia and Jeff, which is why they are a staple in the community.

“Came here on Thu late morning and sat at the bar. Loved the vibe - very diner! We had the chicken fried steak sandwich and the huevos rancheros. Both were fast to arrive and delicious. Plates were clean in no time. Coffee was perfect and really hit the spot.

“We recently hosted a school fundraising event at the Bohemian Biergarten and it was such a great experience! Their back room is a perfect space for a small crowd and has such a cozy vibe and required no extra decorations or anything to make it feel like a special space.

We had about 40 people but it can hold up to 90. They have a small stage where we were able to set up a Photo Booth and our silent auction items. They had a projector screen available, which we didn't need, but also a TV we could hook up a laptop to broadcast our silent auction QR code, or whatever we wanted. They had a mic too which was great for speaking to the crowd. The food was yummy, the drinks were great and we had our own designated bartender with friendly service.

Claire was super responsive and really easy to work with and helped us pull off an amazing evening with VERY little effort. 10/10 would recommend if you need a place to host a group!“

Emilio and Mike provided helpful guidance every step along the way and ensured that our event went smoothly. We had a large party (44 people) and they recommended that we hold our event in the heated patio area for more privacy which was a great call. Our amazing servers Julie and Ilona are top notch and didn’t miss a beat. From helping us set up/decorate the tables to taking our orders to promptly serving/clearing dishes after each course to ensuring that no one waited for beverages, their service was flawless! And the food! Everyone raved about how delicious each dish was. I forgot to take photos of all my dishes but included a few to show how beautiful/tasty they look/are! It's hard to pick a favorite dish since we ordered just about everything on the menu and it was all delicious! Great cocktails and wine list too! A special callout to our new in-laws (the Francas and the Englishs of Thornton) for recommending Parma! We highly recommend Parma Trattoria & Mozzarella Bar and their talented/customer focused team for their delicious food, inviting atmosphere, and outstanding service!“
