I purchased my bike from them last spring and just got service today after I ran through a pile of goat heads. My bike knowledge is very limited (which means I ask a lot of questions) and they’re always so kind and helpful! Such an amazing shop, and I highly recommend for beginners who need some education.
I am so grateful for this business and how wonderful, kind, and knowledgeable they were when I was purchasing my first e-bike. Thank you Kristie and Alex for all of your guidance! I will absolutely be back and will be recommending this shop to all of my friends!
My neighbor and I start to ride the End to End tomorrow and entrusted our bikes to Longmont Bicycle Company to pack and ship them to Penzance, England. Not only did the bikes arrive in great shape, but the obvious care they took in packing them up blew me away. Every component and part was carefully wrapped and thoroughly protected.
