“I had one of those moments today that completely restores your faith in people and customer service. I placed a pickup order through the drive-thru and, when I pulled up, realized I had accidentally ordered from the wrong Dutch Bros location. I mentioned it at the window, fully expecting to have to cancel, reorder, or pull off to the side since I was already running late for work.

Instead, the young man at the window smiled and said, “No worries, we’ll just make the drinks anyway.” I had ordered three drinks, and he made all of them without hesitation and without charging me again, saying I had already paid. No stress. No awkwardness. Just genuine kindness.

It honestly made my entire day. I was in a rush, a little flustered, and that simple act of grace meant more than he probably realizes. I work in the service industry myself, so I know what true hospitality looks like, and this was it. This is exactly the kind of service I try to teach my own team: meet people with understanding, flexibility, and a good heart.

I don’t know his name, but he was working the window just a few minutes ago today, and I truly hope this review gets back to him. “The food was spectacular (as always with Snarfs) but the service was awful and the eating environment was mediocre. The guy at the counter actually rolled his eyes at me when I walked in and muttered 5 words our whole interaction and every single one had a tone with attitude. I think it was just this guy being rude but the sandwiches are fantastic“

“It’s been a long time since I had been to a Goodtimes. Stopped by here fur lunch and was very happy with the outcome. The wild fries are top tier level, without question. The burger was so much bigger and better than I remember them being. What fast food places can you say are making items bigger these days? Well Goodtimes seems to be. I got their Big Daddy bacon burger and there was almost too much bacon on it (which is not a bad thing).

I will be stopping by more Goodtimes when hungry and driving around. Wish Longmont had one.“
