I really love their coffee, but it drives me nuts that the window attendant seems to have a corporate mandate to have to make small talk with me. I really just want this to be a simple transaction where I give them money and they give me coffee, not a discussion about my day.
So happy they are open!!! Customer service and product is fabulous! Maybe I’m just having a “blonde” moment and am used to the DB places have such long lines I don’t need to pay attention, but the drive-they felt like a round and round NASCAR. ? That’s a design with space thing I’m sure though but cracked me up I had to go around twice to get out. Cracked me up and had to share with the world.

I'm an iced latte person and it is always my litmus test for coffee shops. Of all the coffee chains, Dutch bros gives me the best product. If I'm feeling something a little sweeter than my usual drink, I go for their Annihilator (iced) or their Dinosaur Egg (iced). The staff is always super upbeat and genuinely seem interested when they ask "what do you have going on today?" The vibe is super chill and everyone seems to be happy to be there anytime I roll up for my caffeine fix....read full review
