This place is awful. I decided to try it instead of Starbucks. An employee took my order and made sure to point out the tip screen. I was told a coffee machine was down and it would take a while. He was pretty unprofessional. I felt pressured to tip before I even received my order in the drive thru. Then when I got to the window a male employee loudly complained that his mom was mean and told me he didn't like working for his mom. What the? Weirdest place ever. I won't be back.

Not really sure what’s going on here. Line was long, had to order without even seeing the menu. Ordered a nitro with oat milk and vanilla and got some of the weakest coffee with next to no vanilla and oat milk. Definitely not nitro.

I'm an iced latte person and it is always my litmus test for coffee shops. Of all the coffee chains, Dutch bros gives me the best product. If I'm feeling something a little sweeter than my usual drink, I go for their Annihilator (iced) or their Dinosaur Egg (iced). The staff is always super upbeat and genuinely seem interested when they ask "what do you have going on today?" The vibe is super chill and everyone seems to be happy to be there anytime I roll up for my caffeine fix. Their app is easy to use and does not need to be reloaded with cash! Make sure you download their app and rack up those points toward free drinks. They have new drinks in rotation constantly and have special reward point events (ie. buy 2 drinks get double or "x" amount of points. That being said, if you're running late to work I would not recommend. It can take a bit to get through their drive-thru, best not chance if your you're in a rush. Dutch bros is my jam all things considered. My only gripe is their limited food selection. They have muffin tops and a granola bar that's really good, but I wish they had breakfast sandwiches or breakfast burritos.

My recent visit to Dutch Bros was unsatisfactory at the specific location I frequented. The prolonged wait of about an hour and the receipt of incorrect drinks, coupled with a lack of urgency in resolving the issue, left me with a negative impression. In contrast, the 136th location stands out as a superior option with more efficient service and better-trained staff. It's evident that the disparity in quality between the two locations suggests a need for enhanced training and attention to customer service at the subpar location. I hope they address these issues promptly for a more consistent and positive customer experience.

Love the coffee at Dutch Bros, but I’m real tired of the incessant and urgent feeling interrogation for information about my day. This was my first time at this particular location and at the window I was asked what I was up to today, what I had done today, what I was in town for, where I was going, how far away my destination was (“15 minutes?, 30 minutes?”) the questions doubled down seemingly as soon as I showed hesitation until I had to say “I don’t feel like answering a bunch of questions to be honest” at which the person at the window finally stopped and turned around to make coffee.I come here for coffee, not psycho mind games masquerading as hollow friendliness. I had pre-tipped and wished I hadn’t.

Took me nearly 45 minutes to get through the drive through and an employee took 2 car orders before walking off. 3 employees were also standing around talking and not helping. On top of that, the broista added a tip without asking me and this is not the first time. I also had a previous experience where a gift card bought for me was loaded onto the wrong card. They tried to deny the issue was theirs and that they misplaced 30 dollars. Don't go here.

Another location that seems to have an issue with their queue. I was in the drive thru 10 minutes before someone else and the way the employee came out and took orders put me behind 2 cars that I was here before. The person in front of me also got way more drinks and they still got to go ahead.The orders arent first come first serve, they were helping cars consecutively in the same line! I dont understand if this is something you do every single day, why is there no system in place? Very frustrating.The car in front of me was handed my drink and they just held it then gave it to me not full. Looks like someone drank out of it and they claimed it was someone elses drink. What a poopy experience. :(
