SUCH an incredible date night!! The dinner was seamless in timing (we love longer dining experiences), and absolutely fresh and delicious. We felt incredibly safe having our own space.
Our server was stellar, and we even got to share our meal with a couple of the farm pups! I can't recommend this enough!!

Black cat Farmstead offers a truly unique farm to table experience. Guests enjoy exclusive private seating, often in a quaint glasshouse with stunning views, where the setting transforms at night under the stars and moonlight. The atmosphere is fantastic, with a relaxing, well-paced evening that allows plenty of time between courses. The service is accommodating, and conversations with the staff are nice.
The food is a delectable journey, starting with a mix of small bites like mini bagels with lox, oysters, and tartare. Highlights include pork, sun-choke risotto, fresh bread made from grain grown and milled on the property, a rich and savory ratatouille, and a lamb shank braised to perfection with parsley root puree. The simplest things are made extraordinary, such as home made butter and lemon balm chamomile tea. All ingredients are fresh, locally grown, and sourced. The presentation is beautiful, with each course described in detail. The entire evening is fabulous and definitely worth the cost and drive.
