I want to start off this review by saying that the presentation of the food was impeccable, possibly the best plate presentation I've seen in North Colorado yet.It seemed as if the Chicken Parmesean was made with too much Parmesean cheese and little to no Mozzerella cheese. Went out for my brother's birthday. The bread, salad, and pasta were great! Even saved room for my favorite dessert, creme brulee. The wait times were a bit long, but it was a packed house. I'll stick to going for lunch as they have great specials like half salad and pasta options.

It's rare that I write a review, but this was one of the restaurants I was most impressed with, the dishes are so delicious. My friends and I happened to get a dish that didn't go well with our diet restrictions. It was actually written on the menu, but we didn’t realized it. This situation was handled with great professionalism and respect. Thank you to Manager Andrew and all the waitstaff. Definitely not my last visit to them.
