We were put in the bar, I would have preferred to have sat in the dining room. The food was quite good, I had the seafood pasta.

Both meals came out burnt and the waitress could care less even though the place wasn’t busy. Asked for a recook of my meal as burnt food is not acceptable and took them 16 minutes to make a penne bolognese. Young manager (female)also didn’t seem to care. First meals took 45 minutes to come out. Waitress was more worried about socializing with co workers than doing her job.

It's rare that I write a review, but this was one of the restaurants I was most impressed with, the dishes are so delicious. My friends and I happened to get a dish that didn't go well with our diet restrictions. It was actually written on the menu, but we didn’t realized it. This situation was handled with great professionalism and respect. Thank you to Manager Andrew and all the waitstaff. Definitely not my last visit to them.

The shrimp Alfredo was very watery and lacking flavor. Wouldn't recommend getting this. Everything else was really good!

I want to start off this review by saying that the presentation of the food was impeccable, possibly the best plate presentation I've seen in North Colorado yet.It seemed as if the Chicken Parmesean was made with too much Parmesean cheese and little to no Mozzerella cheese. There was no mistaking all that bitter flavor. "Parmesean" is the name of the dish and not the cheese with which the dish is prepared. Even though the three cheese rigatini side was overcooked, it was the tastiest part of the entire lasagna+chicken parm dish.I felt the same with the flavor of the lasagna, too much Parmesean, and very little mozzerella. Being that the dish paired Lasagna and Chicken Parmesean together, it was just very bitter. The fried ravioli appetizer was crunchy and tasty. We enjoyed that very much. The margherita pizza was also quite good, although it was served with crust that was burnt on one side of the pie. And the service from our waittress was outstanding. All in all, Biaggi's was good. Too much "three cheese blend" and definitely not enough mozzerella or sauce. With a little care of the food, this place could be a five-star ristorante.

I would NOT recommend getting the Salmon and Shrimp Risotto at all! It tasted horrid like soap they did not wash out clearly. I threw it away immediately. I will not eat that again.

The atmosphere is not as fancy as it portrays itself to be. Most of all, the food quality is not worth the over pricing they charge. There are better restaurants out there and I would strongly recommend eating somewhere else.

Went out for my brother's birthday. The bread, salad, and pasta were great! Even saved room for my favorite dessert, creme brulee. The wait times were a bit long, but it was a packed house. I'll stick to going for lunch as they have great specials like half salad and pasta options.
