“Accidents happen, and one happened to me this week at P.F. Chang’s in Loveland. The staff was there to help with kindness, professionalism, and a smile. They quickly replaced my meal and made me feel completely at ease. Outstanding customer service like this deserves to be recognized!!

“We’ve been occasionally stopping in for kolaches (we love the BBQ) and decided to order our Thanksgiving pies and dinner rolls from them on a whim. Everything was delicious but, you guys, the pie!! I wish you could taste test through a review. We did the peach and the caramel apple… they were amazing! Will definitely make this place our go-to.“

“I visited the Loveland store on 4/22/26. Samira is the BEST! Her customer service is over the top and I was more than happy to have her take my order. She took extra steps by talking to the kitchen to make sure that my order was correct, because I had experienced multiple issues in the past with the accuracy of my orders. Thank You, Samira!!! “We live down the street from this restaurant right after quarantine started. We got take out from here constantly. I would say twice a month. I love that they are friendly and always quick to prepare food. We are a big family and always ordered at least $100 worth of food. Sometimes it was just two people working and even then, they got our order right and fast every time! I can’t speak for their dine in experience because we always got it for take out. But this place is delicious. 10/10 would recommend. Our family always ordered lots of food. Every time we went in to pick up our food, it was nicknamed “the big order.” Sadly, we have to move away. We will miss this restaurant and the friendly people.“

“I LOVE Fresh plate! I’m here…a lot. Maybe too much. They have great coffee, breakfast, and pastries but I think people sleep on their pizza and sandwiches! I’ve never had a bad experience here and if they are busy they make sure to follow up! Tracie is awesome and the rest of the staff are top notch and warm people. The HUB is a great location with seating inside AND great views and seating outside. There’s usually a mix of families, working professionals, retired individuals and young adults throughout the day. Highly recommend!“

“Service has been hit or miss in the past, but their Mac & Cheese - only made a specific way - is one of my autistic daughter's safe foods, so we order from here on a regular basis. When I picked up our order last night, Annaliese (the employee who handed me the bag) told me she made sure it was made the way my daughter likes. I sheepishly asked if she recognized our order. She said she did and that whenever she sees it, if she can't make it herself, she lets her coworkers know to pay attention to the order details. It may seem like a small thing to someone else, but her caring attitude and not seeing my kid's food preferences as an inconvenience means the world to our family. Thank you, Annaliese!“

“My partner and I absolutely love Noodles and Co. It was one of the places we frequented when we began dating. We recently moved nearby this store and we were super excited to try it out. The majority of the time, we have either gone in or picked up food in the evening. We have never had any issues and it has been fantastic. However, we went in around 2:30 today and they messed up my order. This normally wouldn't be an issue, however after my partner went up to explain, they spoke poorly about us while still in earshot. Overall, it's a very good place but I will be avoiding going in during the daytime unfortunately.“
