“Service has been hit or miss in the past, but their Mac & Cheese - only made a specific way - is one of my autistic daughter's safe foods, so we order from here on a regular basis. When I picked up our order last night, Annaliese (the employee who handed me the bag) told me she made sure it was made the way my daughter likes. I sheepishly asked if she recognized our order. She said she did and that whenever she sees it, if she can't make it herself, she lets her coworkers know to pay attention to the order details. It may seem like a small thing to someone else, but her caring attitude and not seeing my kid's food preferences as an inconvenience means the world to our family. Thank you, Annaliese!“

“My partner and I absolutely love Noodles and Co. It was one of the places we frequented when we began dating. We recently moved nearby this store and we were super excited to try it out. The majority of the time, we have either gone in or picked up food in the evening. We have never had any issues and it has been fantastic. However, we went in around 2:30 today and they messed up my order. This normally wouldn't be an issue, however after my partner went up to explain, they spoke poorly about us while still in earshot. Overall, it's a very good place but I will be avoiding going in during the daytime unfortunately.“

The variety on the menu is great, and I love that I can get everything from mac and cheese to spicy noodles depending on what I am craving. The food always comes out hot and tastes fresh, plus the service is usually pretty fast even when it is busy. It is a solid, reliable choice for a casual lunch or dinner.“

“I'm a little hesitant to review this place. It has been my go to since it opened. Now it is getting really busy because everyone is realizing it is the best Chinese food in Fort Collins. Ample portions. Unique and well known fare. Decent prices. Damnit, it's good. I suppose I should share this gem in the gas station on Timberline and Harmony with everyone. Get the Singapore street noodles. Delicious.“

“I don’t usually leave reviews, but after tonight, I had to. Jess and Dan completely transformed what would’ve been an average dinner into something memorable. From the moment I walked in, they both greeted me with genuine smiles and made me feel like a regular (even though it was my first time at this location).

Jess was quick, kind, and super knowledgeable about the menu—she gave amazing recommendations (the Wisconsin Mac & Cheese with grilled chicken was a game-changer). Dan was on top of everything behind the scenes, keeping things running smoothly and delivering the food hot, fresh, and fast.

What stood out the most was how well they worked together—professional, friendly, and clearly passionate about what they do. You can tell they care about the customer experience. I left full, happy, and already planning my next visit.
