“The girl with the blue hair was very rude and unprofessional. She didn’t ask me which protein I wanted and when I said I wanted chicken, she charged me separately and full price even though I had a 30% off coupon. She was also rude to the other employees.“

“This was our first time eating at this establishment. The food was very good, the service was quick and the dining area appeared clean, although we did take out. The price point is a bit high for the portion size. You could get an entree, bread and salad at other places for what the two entrees with bread cost. This is the only reason there are not five stars. The employees however, were really nice and very professional.“

We have been ordering from here for years and today was the first time I can say the service was absolutely TERRIBLE.
We placed an order and included won ton soup and teriyaki beef. The lady repeated the order back as teriyaki chicken and she was corrected " you mean beef, right?" And got a yeah yeah back.
Husband went to pick up the order and came home with 2 orders of teriyaki chicken.
I called and she said "No. You ordered chicken" . Over and over round and round. We also did not receive our wonton soup (were not charged for it).
