“The most authentic Chinese food in Colorado! This is the best Chinese food I've eaten outside of China. They have an extensive menu that also includes hot pot and boba tea. I'm vegetarian and my wife eats meat and there are lots of options for both of us. The price is great and the staff are friendly. Best kept secret in Boulder.“
“Boulder Fresh Garden Thai Cuisine is a hidden gem that delivers a delightful culinary experience in the heart of Boulder. One of the standout features of Boulder Fresh Garden Thai Cuisine is the freshness and quality of their ingredients. The menu boasts a vibrant array of dishes crafted with care and attention to detail. If you're a fan of traditional Thai favorites the menu caters to a variety of palates.I would highly recommend the Pad Woon Sen which includes Thai stir-fried glass noodles that embodies the rich and vibrant flavors of Thai cuisine with its aromatic blend of ingredients. The service at this Thai gem is commendable. The staff is attentive, friendly, and well-versed in the menu, ready to offer recommendations or accommodate specific dietary preferences. The hospitality adds a personal touch to the dining experience, making guests feel welcome and valued.“
“Sooooo good! I've ordered from here a few times now and have enjoyed everything I've tried. The food is fresh and hits the spot every time. Some of my favorites: Xiao Long Soup Bun - some of the best I've had. The broth inside is so flavorful and the dough is like a little pillow of goodness. Could literally eat these every day. Pan Fried Thumblings - a best seller for a reason. Fried to perfection and not heavy, but rather light, crunchy, & juicy. Little bite-sized balls bursting with flavor. Best bang for your buck. Stir Fried Green Beans - YUMMM, but a little pricey so I don't order all the time. They are so good you don't even realize you're eating veggies. Red Sea Chili Wontons - the red chili sauce is the perfect coating for these super delicate wontons stuffed to capacity with well-seasoned pork & shrimp. Also a good bang for your buck. Seaweed salad - a nice, crunchy app to offer a brightness to the meal. For $7 you get a good sized portion and the texture is perfect. The sauces on the side are also really tasty. We love Nana's :)“
“This will forever be my favorite Thai place! You can't go wrong with anything on the menu, by my favorite dish, by far, is the medium spicy chow fun with chicken! This is always my go to order along with the Thai iced tea!The people who work there are so nice too!“
“Busaba is the best! Easily the tastiest Thai in Boulder. I saw that they are temporarily closed due to a gas leak until next week - if you’re wondering why you cannot call or order online, that is why. I’d suggest the business update their hours and website to reflect this. Highly recommend the chicken pad see ewe!“
“We were visiting downtown and stopped in here and checked out then variety of places to choose from. We got the pork belly buns. They were very good and my Taiwanese friend said the peanut sauce was pretty authentic. The pork belly was the right amount of pork and fat. I usually don’t like the fat but this was just the right amount. The bun was also super delicious. It was prepared pretty quickly. I liked how you got a text when your food was ready.“
“I’m in town for a convention and looked for some pho with a good review. Found this place which was close to the hotel.I started to order via DoorDash but then just drove there and ordered in person. It wasn’t a long wait at all. There is also ample parking in the lot in the center. The staff was friendly and prepared the order quickly.I got the phò ga medium size. The taste was ok and the chicken pieces were a decent size. Some of the pieces were slightly overcooked. The add-ins were bagged separately. They were ok but the basil leaves were wilted and limp.I also got the spring rolls which tasted fine.I got the Vietnamese coffee which also tasted good.I would get another meal here next time I’m in town.“
“Great place for a hot bowl of noodles! I haven't tried the hit pots yet, but I look forward to it. The medium spice level is excellent; hot but not too much, continues to build as you eat. Try the kimchee cucumber! Fresh and spicy. The place is clean, small but not cramped, just watch your knees at the hot pot tables! See you there!“
