“I came across this place totally by accident as I was looking for a place that opens past 9p. I was so surprised to see an authentic Chinese menu and the pork intestine noodle is amongst the best I have ever had. Having lived in several cities with dense Chinese population, I was extremely pleasantly surprised by this gem in Boulder of all places. I will for sure be back to try other dishes.“

“I was in town for the night , so decided to order take out. I loved my pork Vermicelli with egg rolls, I also got an order of egg rolls, I loved having the salad like veggie sides and sprigs of Basil and cilantro, needless to say I have lunch for tomorrow.. and got a nice little welcome 1st time diner gift. “We've ordered from Noodles & Company through DoorDash many times, but this was our first visit to the restaurant in person, and it was a wonderful experience.

One of the things I love most about Noodles & Company is the variety of menu options, especially the gluten-free choices. Everything we've tried has always been fresh, flavorful, and delicious. They offer such a great selection of comfort foods, so there's truly something for everyone.

During our visit, the restaurant was clean and welcoming, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. After a long day of shopping, it was nice to sit down together as a family and enjoy a relaxing meal in a comfortable environment.

The food was fresh, tasty, and exactly what we've come to expect from Noodles & Company. We will definitely continue ordering from them and look forward to dining in again. Highly recommend! 🍜❤“

“We had the absolute best experience at Jai Thai! From the moment we placed our order, Sony was so sweet and welcoming. She made the whole process—from ordering to pickup—such a delight. We tried the Chicken Basil Fried Rice, Chicken Satay, Shrimp Pad Thai, and Mango Sticky Rice, and every single dish was outstanding. The basil fried rice was perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of heat, the chicken satay was tender with a delicious peanut sauce, and the shrimp pad Thai had that perfect balance of savory and sweet. To top it all off, the mango sticky rice was fresh, creamy, and the perfect way to end the meal. The food was flavorful, fresh, and clearly made with care. “Boulder Pho in Longmont was an incredible dinner stop and one of the most enjoyable meals we had during our visit. Service was quick, friendly, and efficient, allowing us to settle in and enjoy the food without a long wait.

What We Tried:

• Rare Steak & Beef Ball Pho – This was the standout dish of the evening. The broth was rich and flavorful, not watered down like some pho can be. It had a wonderful depth of flavor with just the right balance of warmth and seasoning, making each spoonful feel like a comforting hug. The fresh Thai basil added a bright, aromatic element that elevated the entire bowl. Even the small size was a generous portion—more than I could finish.

• Cashew Chicken – Beautifully presented and generously portioned. The vegetables retained a nice crunch, and the dish had a clean, balanced flavor that allowed the ingredients to shine without becoming overly heavy or salty.

• Lavender Boba Tea – Refreshing and unique. The lavender flavor was prominent without tasting perfumy, and the sweetness was restrained, allowing the floral notes to come through. Served ice cold, it was the perfect complement to the meal.

From the quality of the ingredients to the thoughtful preparation, every item we tried was enjoyable.

Would I return? Absolutely. There were several other dishes on the menu that caught my eye, and I would gladly come back to explore more of what Boulder Pho has to offer.“
