“I came in to cancel an order because I made a mistake. After speaking with the manager, we had a misunderstanding. I acted rudely and he responded calmly and with kindness. I soon realized the misunderstanding was more of my fault than his. I apologized for my rudness, he accepted it and extended his hand to shake mine. Anyone who keeps there cool in a somewhat hostile situation deserves to be commended, especially when it was not their fault. I would definitely return to this location, solely on that fact. Salady is such a fun and refreshing little find in Westminster. I love that they offer Korean inspired bowls and salads; it’s not something you see often in this area. The ingredients taste really fresh, and I especially like the soba noodle bowl with beef rib after a workout, super flavorful without feeling heavy.

That said, the service can be a bit hit or miss. The staff is friendly when you’re there in person, but I’ve noticed some inconsistency with to go orders. A couple of times dressings or toppings were missing, which is a little frustrating. Still, the food itself makes up for it, and when everything goes smoothly it’s such a great healthy option for lunch or dinner. I’d definitely recommend giving it a try, just double check your take out bag before leaving. 🥗🫜“

“So let me say, Joey, the manager at this particular Noodles & Co is one of the BEST. I don’t come to Noodles & Co all the time and when I do, I very rarely encounter a problem. Well, the pasta that I ordered from there dual licious. It’s a small pasta and a small salad. I had a problem with because there just wasn’t enough sauce on the pasta.. I called to express how unhappy I was the little sauce on my pasta and Jon made note of it and when I called tonight to come and pick up my remake Joey, the manager gave me a regular size pasta dish instead of the small and he gave me a rice crispy treat in addition to that he definitely made my night and he’s always present. He’s such a sweetheart. His whole vibe is just filled with so much compassion, caring professionalism. They definitely have the right person for the job and I won’t go to another Noodles & Co unless I’m in another state or something. I will always come to this one. Deserves something extra whether it’s a raise or a mini vacation or a long vacation I don’t know, but you all have gem On your hands and you need to do whatever it takes to keep him. “Last night we went here and it was awesome! We opted to do the equivalent of the chef‘s table, and let them decide what to bring, and when. It was absolutely amazing and delicious! “I went to Kawa Ni during my latest trip to Denver thanks to a friend’s recommendation and it did not disappoint! My favorite dishes were by far the red curry onigiri with its crispy rice and amazingly balanced sauce. Don’t skip the addictive cabbage either, it lives up to its name and provides a good “cool down” between spicier dishes :) I don’t know about the men’s but for the ladie’s, you’ll get a nice surprise in the bathroom: heated seats!“

Enjoyed the food overall but probably won't come again because I couldn't finish my food. The pho liquid was clean and savory. Meat in the pho was tender and juicy. Very plentiful. Noodles overall good, just wish I had more noodles.“

“Uncle is both a longtime staple and one of my all time favorite ramen spots in Denver. The vibe is always on point with old school hip hop playing, and the energy feels fun but relaxed. Service is quick when dining in, and it holds up really well for delivery too. My go to order never changes. The Khao Soi is a standout, a Northern Thai curry noodle dish with a rich vegan yellow curry broth, king trumpet mushrooms, chili jam, crispy noodles, red onion, pickled mustard greens, cilantro, and lime. It is deeply flavorful with the perfect balance of creamy, spicy, tangy, and crunchy. I always add crispy tofu to make it even more satisfying. On the side, the Chilled Tofu is simple but so well done. Silken tofu served with a soy vinaigrette, ginger scallion, and wakame. It is light, refreshing, and a perfect contrast to the bold ramen. If you like heat, add the Spicy Bomb, a roasted pepper miso paste that brings serious spice. It is no joke. One order is more than enough for a group. Being a creature of habit, I typically get the same thing but tonight I tried their new Spicy Korean Beef Noodles. The service was a little slower than normal tonight but the place was packed, so that may be why.“

The French Onion Soup Dumplings, The Pot Stickers, Pork Belly Bao Buns and cocktails were fantastic, the Edamame Dumplings and General Cho’s Soup Dumplings were good as well. We didn’t care for the Wagyu Beef Skewers but that’s just a personal preference. All in all a terrific late lunch, and we will absolutely be back! The staff was terrific and welcoming.“
