“This was a very nice little restaurant! The server was very kind and made sure our meal tasted good. The food came out pretty swiftly. We had soup dumplings and beef noodle soup. Both were very good. The beef was very tender. They even have a recommended sauce mix for dumplings that we tried with the soup dumplings that turned out to be wonderful! We will definitely stop by again the next time we are in Castle Rock!“

“Usually I post pictures with reviews - I can never take any fast enough before everyone digs in! This is our favorite local Thai spot. The food is wonderful, the service is great, and they're very accommodating of dietary restrictions! A ton of things on the menu can be veganized, just ask :) my favorites are the veggie spring rolls, vegan pad see ew & vegan yellow curry with tofu! We try not to eat out a ton but somehow I swear we eat here once a week.“

“It's pretty good, most of the time! I got simple buttered noodles and there was a piece of chicken in it, which was a bonus for me, but might have been disheartening for a vegetarian. The staff seems kind and helpful, even if it isn't always acknowledged by customers. Thank you for a good meal!“

“First time at a noodles and Company location they had lots of cool options. They also had a deal which was awesome. We were able to get dinner for everybody and our food came fairly quickly and was very hot. The chicken soup needed a little bit of salt and pepper but once you doctored it up, it was absolutely delicious and was steaming hot when we got it we all got different noodle dishes. The garlic with the bacon and chicken was really good. The buffalo chicken was really good. The Korean barbecue mac & cheese was delicious and the Bogi mac & cheese was very good. The steamed broccoli with Parmesan was really tasty too. It was nice and crisp and a few squeeze the lemon on it. It made it even better 10 out of 10. Recommend the prices aren’t bad and the portions are good didn’t use the bathroom, but they did have bathrooms and there was plenty of parking. Location was clean. Staff was nice.“
