Charles is the reason I am giving this location a 5-star review. He is very kind, very thorough, and has amazing customer service skills. My order had a couple of mistakes and he handled it with such kindness and grace that I wasn’t even bummed about it all in the end. Great guy, great attitude. They’re lucky to have him there.
We got the Chx Alfredo and the Chx Asparagus rigatoni. The rigatoni was in a container half the size of the Alfredo and as expected was about half the amount of food. More like snack size. The rigatoni had just 3 pieces of asparagus even though it’s in the name and the photo shows over 10 pieces. The Alfredo had only 2 pieces of broccoli and some broccoli dust. A lot the meat added to dishes seem to have tendon loaded in them. No other noodles I’ve been to had this issue this bad. I no longer order meat in my pasta if I go here. The employee that works the register has also been on her phone texting every time I’ve walked in for a pick up order now. Head down, visor blocking vision, just texting away.
