I came in today with two friends for the first time and was pleasantly surprised at this spot on 16th Street Mall downtown! The layout was nice - you order and pay at the counter (there was no option to tip which blew my mind, didn't have to sign anything or hit 15%, 18%, or 20% while someone is staring at you), and the food came out pretty quickly (maybe 10 minutes tops). I came in for a hot bowl of noodles on a cold day and was rewarded with this wonderful shop that makes their noodles in front of you and provides you with homemade quality you can taste.
