“Mike, I used to come here when it was the Egg and I, and have to say the atmosphere here now is a few notches below boring and ugly. Your Johnstown location is stellar, and I was expecting the same caliber of design. You guys need to spend some time and money improving the atmosphere. “Not easy to find good Tex/Mex style food in Colorado, but Coyote's does it pretty darned well! All the food we tried was tasty as were most the drinks - my wife didn't care for one, but we both agreed that was just her preference and the server took it off the bill without issue. Cheap beers too, though I'd love to see WAY more local options on tap!“
“Me and my toddler went in for a quick lunch. I was craving some noodles. We sat down at the same time as another group who was still waiting for the rest of the group. But you know dining with a toddler we usually know what we want before we sit down. Once seated no server approached us at all it was like we were invisible until I hit the server button on the tablet. Then we got a server immediately. It wasn’t the server in the section we were seated but she was great.“

“Wow. Just wow. We recently celebrated my nephews birthday here and it was my first time. The ordering system was a bit unique and at first I wasn’t sure I liked it and would prefer full service, however the owner and the staff really helped and made it seamless. The restaurant was absolutely stunning and clean. I couldn’t get over how beautiful it was. The wine was delicious and the meal was incredible! We will definitely be back!“
