“Two long time friends and I had a yummy Christmas-time lunch here yesterday. Two of the 3 us have been coming to El Pueblito for many years, driving down from Estes Park. Chips/Salsa very good, large portions. I ordered the wonderful burrito that has added bell pepper and onion, ground beef, green chile, with El Pueblito's special light-and-flavorful cheese sauce over all. Minus the flour tortilla due to gluten intolerance. Friends really liked their food, too. This is a restaurant that has put a lot of thought and skill into making delicious Mexican food. Recommended El Pueblito to waitress at another Mexican restaurant in Denver. She asked for directions and wants to visit. So glad our other friend got to try your restaurant, too. “i really enjoyed the excellent tacos ! they were done quickly and were fresh. the service was nice and the atmosphere is pleasant. if you come here i recommend the pollo tacos ! the salsa they provided with the meal was delicious. not only was the food great, the prices were aswell four tacos was only $15. 5/5 would recommend this place to anyone visiting or in living in the area.“

“Reviews were good so we gave it a try. Empanadas were deep fried but not greasy. The ground beef filling was well seasoned. I ordered coleslaw as a side which was also well done.Sauces were all tasty with Riki sauce as my favorite. The sauces were served on the side as they may be too spicy for some. Texmex Baja fusion is well executed. The staff was attentive, the place is clean, the prices are fair, the food is very good and the portions are generous. Enough said.“

“You will NOT find authentic Mexican food anywhere in this area of this high quality. The tortillas are freshly made daily, less expensive and better tasting than store bought. The workers are bilingual so you can practice your Spanish if you want. Lots of unique beverages and the delicious smell of fresh cooked foods. There is only outdoor seating and orders are prepared to go. Try the enchiladas!! Wendy and Peter would dance for their food. Can't be giving dogs beans !!!“

“I've been to Santiagos on numerous occasions. Never disappointed. I love there breakfast burritos and have always enjoyed lunch there. The food is really good the service is always great. I stop by regularly for a quart of there amazing salsa! I highly recommend Santiagos.“

“The food is good, a step above typical fast food. The food does feel a bit healthier than other options, but it depends on what and how you order. It's not always consistent, for example the fajita veggies were cut a little large and not cooked as well as they have been at other times. The service is good but not overly friendly. It's a place I could visit more then once a month and still feel good about it.“
