Being from Southern California and Arizona with great Mexican food, we have been on the search for a decent place in Northern Co. We tried El Cielo and were pleasantly surprised. Atmosphere is casual and not overdone in a south of the border theme. Service was acceptable for how busy they were. Drinks and Chips came out fast, our order took a bit but was fresh and hot when it arrived. We both had enchiladas with rice and beans. Our absolute favorite restaurant in town! Best food, awesome staff! Do NOT sleep on the Pablo’s tacos, or the street tacos in general. You’ll never walk away hungry, and the margaritas are delicious!
