Kobe Sushi | Japanese offers excellent service with attention to details, remembering order modifications, and refilling drinks. The sushi, sashimi, and miso soup are awesome, with the tempura shrimp roll being great and the Northern Lights roll with Masago added super yummy. The food is fresh, with lovely presentation on each item and nice dishware. The bento box with teriyaki salmon is a favorite, and the staff is amazing, making guests feel at home. The restaurant is super clean with cool decor. The food is made correctly with real care, tasting fabulously fresh, and the fried rice is one of the best. A boat of sushi and sashimi is very fresh, and the sushi rolls are delicious. The best part is a cute reusable, foil-lined tote bag. However, the pricing is extremely high, with a single plain avocado roll at $10. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is beautiful. The restaurant is not very large. Despite the high prices, it is a wonderful place to go.
