10/24/23- Had a gift card, WITH receipt showing it was purchased and activated. Multiple different employees and a manager couldn't figure out how to not use it as a credit card. Just said " sorry " and nothing they could do about it. So ended up paying the $45 for 2 half sandwiches and 2 soups and 2 drinks. Which is outrageous for a place you literally have to bus your own plates and sit at a dirty table. Disappointed.
I do like Panera, but I hate that they don't have enough people to take your order. They do have kiosks where you can order, but it is confusing for me. The food is pricey, but it is pricey everywhere. My grand daughter had an apple with her lunch, and the apple was mushy.

This Panera never has enough product to last through the lunch hour. The plates are stacked on the trash a foot high currently. The food is good but it’s disappointing to hear all too often that they are out of basic items such as baguette. The prices have skyrocketed, it cost 23$ for two bowls of soup with an extra baguette with water to drink. The silverware was plastic for an in house meal served on ceramic plates.
