So I’m kind of an expert on German beer…the Pilsner isn’t quite German/European (really tough to do in the U.S.), but this is easily one of the best Pilsners in Colorado. The atmosphere is perfect for a small brewery…almost prototypical for how small ones should do it. But the selection is probably the best part of this place. Right now, they have 12 different beers on tap…I would wager the selection is better than even Pikes Peak Brewery. Does a brewery really need...read full review
